You need to think about your butt, before you can determine the best jeans for your butt. Is your butt athletic or flat? Perhaps you have a great booty, all high on the hips and JLo style. You need to buy jeans that are higher on the waist – no low risers, they’re simply non-flattering. Go for the type that have a larger 'yoke'. This gives a better coverage across the small of the back. Pockets are great but try and aim for those with a little detail on them, and make sure they're sat close together. Widely placed pockets add to width - so avoid widely spaced ones. And as with a flat butt, don’t buy stiff denim, it needs some give whilst allowing you to feel comfortable and ‘contained’.
You might look good standing but you need to think about when you’re sitting. First of all, you need to aim for interesting elements – embroidery and embellishments on the back pockets.
We’re talking unusual designs on the pocket flaps, buttons and detailed stitching. Wide spaced pockets to create the illusion of curves. Low rise jeans are a great style and look for the type with a faded seat area – basically butt-creating details. Again, as with the flat butts (sorry for the terminology … ) don’t buy stiff jeans. Aim for the Lycra type as they will allow for movement. You need to do a little alluring wiggling when you’re butt-less and stiff jeans just don’t cut it.
If you’ve got cash to splash then why not just spend some of your hard earned on dedicated butt enhancers? True Religion Joey jeans are said to do amazing things for a tiny booty, thought they retail at around $200 plus. Or check out the Gap range. Much easier on the bank balance and you could probably buy three pairs of Gap jeans to one pair of True Religion.
