Logic, guts and commonsense needs is required and needs to be used. Alam naman po natin na dumadami populasyon, mag namamahay or nagpapatayo ng mga bahay at gusali, nagpapasemento ng mga kalsada, nagdedevelop ng mga areas na dati ay open lots and on top is soil na sumisipsip ng tubig ulan papunta sa ilalim ng lupa.Nothing is wrong in development, but always remember it has not only positive effects but also negative, Now how to counter its coming negative consequences like much floodings if metro manila land area are all concreted or cemented because of development, of course yung water tatakbo sa ibabaw ng semento at mag iipon ipon sa mababang lugar dahil hindi kaya ng mga existing drainage na panahon pa ni lapu lapu siguro at kakaunti pa mga sementadong kalsada at mga bahay o gusaling naitatayo, assuming it is functioning and no clogs, the question is carry pa ba ng mga existing drainage system ang ganun klaseng dami ng tubig ulan na babagsak? What is the solution? create, construct and build new effective floodway system under the ground, along metro manila. Hindi baleng gastusan ng bilyon bilyon bilyon, basta effective and efficient, yung pang long term solution, tutal yung delubyong naganap ay nagwawasak  din ng bilyon bilyon ariarian kasama pa ang pagkawala ng maraming buhay.
